* Board size: We will panel the boards if size smaller than 30*30mm, and separate manually before sending. Very small boards may needs a little extra cost.
* To save the board costs, you can combine different designs in a panel, 2 designs without extra cost. 3 or more than 3 designs need half tooling cost for each.
* Testing: Free testing for board area under 3m2, if more than 3m2, we need to open a testing fixture ($0.25 per testing point, min. cost $ 600 ). It is a one time cost, can be used for all future reorders.
* Gold Fingers: $ 0.05 per gold finger, min. cost $ 30. Standard gold thickness ≤0.2um.
* If you select surface finish as ENIG and no need special dealing on fingers
* Peelable soldermask: $ 0.001 per cm2.
* Soldermask color: green is standard; If for other colors, prototype order with same price, production may needs a little extra cost.
* If your board with Impedance Control/ Half cut holes/ laser cut holes/ Thick gold plating etc. special request, please contact our sales support to approval before order.
* More than 6 layers board contact our sales support to approval before order.
*Min. annular ring/Min. tracing spacing less than 6mil, we may need an extra cost for processing.
